6. Then we ship and send you tracking updates.

How long does the process take?

Most projects are scoped, approved, and in motion within 5–7 business days. Shipping to us can take 1–2 weeks depending on your selections. Total turnaround is usually about 3 weeks from kickoff to delivery — but if you’ve got a hard deadline, just let us know. We’ll build around it.

Can you stay within my budget?

Yes. We’ll recommend options that align with your goals and budget, and you’ll always see final pricing before we ship. No surprises.

Do you have minimums?

For items customized with your logo, the typical minimum is 25 units.

We recommend a $50/unit starting budget — here’s why:

∘ Packaging + hand-packing runs about $10/box

∘ More intricate presentations may cost a bit more

When is payment due?

After you approve your plan and items, we’ll invoice you. Payment is required before we can begin ordering inventory.

We accept credit cards, ACH, wire, and Zelle. (Just a heads-up: delays in payment = delays in shipping.)
